Who we are

The Hyland Group LLC ("we", "us") is a real estate team (The Hyland Group at eXp Realty) serving clients in Arizona. We also run the Agent Roleplay Network, a free practice program for real estate agents. This policy covers our websites, forms, calls, and text messages. Questions: matt@hylandgroupre.com.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, phone number, property address and details, and what you tell us about your plans, when you fill out one of our forms, message us, or work with us.
• Records of our conversations with you by phone, text, and email, so we can serve you well.
• For Agent Roleplay Network members: profile details (brokerage, experience, goals, availability), session attendance, and recordings and transcripts of practice calls used to produce coaching notes. The agents on a session can play back its recording and read its transcript from their own profile.
• Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep our forms working.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and help you buy or sell real estate: property information, showings, appointments, and updates on your transaction.
• To send property and market updates, but only if you've opted in to receive them.
• To run the Agent Roleplay Network: matching practice partners, calling members for sessions, sign-in and verification codes, reminders, and coaching notes.
• To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.

Text messages and your phone number

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging carrier provider) acting on our behalf.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business: telephone and text delivery, email delivery, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, calendar invitations, cloud hosting, and AI services. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while we have a relationship with you and as required by law or real estate recordkeeping rules. To see, correct, or delete your information, email matt@hylandgroupre.com. Agent Roleplay Network members can also pause or change their profile any time from the Manage my profile page.
