Verification answers "is this the owner's number?" — verified means they typed a number AND it is on the owner record for that property (call these first); self provided means they typed it but it is not on the record; skip traced means they gave no number and we sourced one. Consent answers what they were shown and agreed to — hover for the version, server timestamp and IP. Owner of record is the separate name check against the assessor roll; partial is a spouse, trust or entity on title and is normal.
